PROCESSING TIME

We ship from Brussels, Belgium within 3 business days upon confirmation of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the shipment is processed. 

For other European countries within 6 days.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic delivery €5 and EU (France, Netherlands, Germany & Luxembourg) delivery is €8.9.

Rest of European union is 16€.

Please note that we don't deliver to Switzerland, Norway & UK.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

It usually takes up to 7 days for your parcel to reach you, however, small delays may occur on international orders.

TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES

International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that VJVS is not responsible for. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please reach out via email first if you wish to return any items & send the package within 14 days after receiving it. 

 

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned safely. Once we receive it, we will issue a refund using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, or you may choose to exchange it for another item or receive store credit to use later.
